SIGN UP NOW! Fee for MAG members is $40.00, $50.00 for non-members. Join MAG now and receive a $10.00 savings.

To participate please print out and fill out the information in the Artist Agreement.pdf at the bottom of this page and send it with your check to Momentum Art Guild, P.O. Box 385, Freeport, Illinois 61032. Make checks payable to Momentum Art Guild.
Brochure information:
A two or three sentence summary of the artist’s work.
A high quality image of one representative work. (TIFF files preferred. 300 dpi, 5 megapixels or better). An image on CD or flash drive is also acceptable.
